Emotional Wellbeing in The Sedona Method

When I wrote a post about meridian tapping a reader asked if it was the same as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). In my response I mentioned the book The Sedona Method by Hale Dwoskin, which teaches a technique of EFT I really found helpful.

Just over a year ago I was going through some very complicated emotional issues and I was in constant emotional pain. Anyone who has experienced similar circumstances will know that during times like that, just thinking a thought or feeling an emotion can be very crippling and because I had responsibilities in the world I needed to find a way just to get through the worst moments in order to function. My only consolation at the time was knowing I had experienced worse and survived.

And so began my journey through self help books and The Sedona Method was one of the first I read. I had actually purchased the book months earlier after reading The Sedona Method website. Emotional Wellbeing in Meridian Tapping

I’ve been doing meridian tapping for a while now and I’ve found it has really helped in balancing my emotions. Its helped to reduce stress, emotional ups and downs and when I keep up with it on a regular basis its eliminated a lot of emotional pain that I havent felt since. I first started tapping when I read Gloria Arenson‘s book Five Simple Steps To Emotional Healing and even though self-help books werent my thing I was desperate to find some relief from all the stress and pain that seemed to dominate my days so I thought I’d try it and luckily its worked out for me. And to be honest the title of the book suggested something fast and easy and thats really the only reason I chose this book out of the millions of others I came across. Keep reading…
