When I wrote a post about meridian tapping a reader asked if it was the same as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). In my response I mentioned the book The Sedona Method by Hale Dwoskin, which teaches a technique of EFT I really found helpful.
Just over a year ago I was going through some very complicated emotional issues and I was in constant emotional pain. Anyone who has experienced similar circumstances will know that during times like that, just thinking a thought or feeling an emotion can be very crippling and because I had responsibilities in the world I needed to find a way just to get through the worst moments in order to function. My only consolation at the time was knowing I had experienced worse and survived.
And so began my journey through self help books and The Sedona Method was one of the first I read. I had actually purchased the book months earlier after reading The Sedona Method website.
