One of my little family members, who happens to be a sensitive child, is having a problem with anxiety. She has just started school after a long holiday and is experiencing a high leevl of stress when she gets to school in the morning. It turns out she is missing her mother a lot and so together we are working out a plan to help her deal with what psychologists call seperation anxiety.
Which is a pretty flash term for someone who has a strong emotional attachment to someone else, so much so, that to be apart from that person causes stress and tension.
We all experience separation anxiety at some time, its a natural feeling that can appear in several scenarios. Think about when your away from your partner or if your away from your family for the first time. Initially you might feel ok but maybe you start to feel a little lost or out of sorts after a while. You might start to pine for those you are missing.

Yet when we’re working on our self development, especially during recovery from any kind of abusive experiences we go through in life, we have to consider the reasons why we are the way we are. For those of you who have listend to The Lola Vibe interviews with my friend Mrs Turner, you’ll know she calls it as she sees it.
In this video Ms Turner tells us about a crazy dream she had about a sex scandal among some fruit. The disturbing thing about this video is there are actually people in real life who sound like this.
*Contains coarse language, yes Ms Turner swears like a trooper

Im sitting here surfing my blog, listening to the music page and wondering what I can tweak and tidy.. I guess Im a neat freak on my blog like I am in my ‘real life’. Which reminds me about some habits I have that to me arent so bad these days compared to previous years.. but they do have a significance in my life: They help me stay in control of myself. So this post is about control and the things we do to maintain it.
